For us it is important that you can visit our website(s) anonymously. Therefore, no third-party cookies are placed on this website. In order to improve the website, we keep usage statistics. We do this completely anonymously.

We use the open source software Matomo to track usage statistics on our website. We use this to place the following analytical (first party) cookies:

  • pkid: Is the visitor new or has the visitor visited the site before? Cookie retention period: 13 months after your last visit to the website.

  • pkref: From which site did the visitor come? Cookie retention period: 6 months.

  • pkses: Which pages has the visitor consulted? Cookie retention period: 30 minutes.

Privacy

We have taken the following privacy-protective measures:

  • IP addresses are anonymized with 2 bytes (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx). Full IP addresses are therefore never used or stored.

  • Old raw data is deleted from the database after 430 days

  • User IDs are replaced by a pseudonym (if you log in to one of our websites with a username or email address, it will never be saved)

  • We respect Do Not Track headers.

  • We store the collected data on our own servers located in the Netherlands.

Which data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

  • The unique number linked to the cookie pkid (see above).

  • IP address (masked).

  • Pages visited (title and URL) and date and time they were visited.

  • The URL of the page from which you accessed our website (Referrer URL).

  • Links used on our website that refer to external websites (Outlink).

  • Downloaded files.

  • Approximate location: country, region, city (we do not collect exact geolocation).

  • Other data: screen resolution, visitor's local time, website speed, browser language.

  • User agent of the browser: browser used, operating system, type of device (computer, smartphone, etc.).

We process this data to the extent necessary to analyze the use and functioning of our website(s). We do this so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

Due to the privacy protection measures we take, the impact on your privacy is limited and we do not ask for your permission separately.
